We also do not add to stock frankly poor products even if they are legally produced. If we have doubts about the quality of a particular product, we definitely try it ourselves before adding it to the stock.

Delivery usually takes from 10 to 30 days depending on the chosen delivery method. Sometimes this period can be increased. For example, due to a large number of orders or the lengthy procedure of customs control.

It’s not allowed to send cigarettes by post. However, buying cigarettes you do not violate the law because the number of cigarettes sent is small. In case of seizure, customs usually send a warning letter to the recipient, and sometimes it is not sent either.

In about 95% of cases, parcels successfully pass the customs control. But it should be remembered that the smaller the parcel, the greater the chance that it will be released from customs.

Yes. Each parcel has a tracking number. As soon as your order is sent, you will receive a notification email containing the tracking number.
